About Us

Boston Speech & OT Specialists (SOS) delivers evidence-based assessment and intervention practices for individuals in need of speech-language therapy, and social communication disorders. We specialize in developmental, play-based autism therapy, including the Play Project.

Boston SOS offers individual and group treatment. Services address the individual's specific needs and will focus on the areas of speech, language, and communication. Individuals will receive training from certified and licensed speech-language pathologists that hold specializations in treating many different types of disorders. The length of sessions is flexible and will maximize the time necessary to make a change.

Boston SOS works to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. We will also assist in treating related disorders found in individuals with other conditions, such as traumatic brain injury.

Boston Speech & OT Specialists works as an interprofessional practice with speech and occupational therapy for children. This team approach ensures that our clients receive a well-rounded intervention that treats the whole child. We also collaborate with teachers, physicians, audiologists, psychologists, neurologists, social workers, and other rehabilitation specialists. This multidisciplinary approach assists in providing best practices for each one of our patients.
