Occupational Therapist
Emily Paullis is a graduate of the Ithaca College Occupational Therapy program. She has clinical experience in early intervention, outpatient clinics, home therapy, elementary school and currently works as a full-time OT for a Middle and High School. Professionally, Emily values the collaboration between therapist, child, and family to support children in building skills in emotional regulation, feeding, fine motor skills, executive function, everyday activities, and sensorimotor development through the most important childhood activity- play!
Emily has always had a passion for working with children of all ages. Growing up all of her jobs involved children and families including but not limited to being a nanny, substitute teacher, camp counselor, and swim instructor. In high school, Emily started nannying for a family; their oldest son has Autism and it was working with him and his family that she found her love and passion for Occupational Therapy. Emily enjoys working with children and their families to support them through a journey of growth. When she is not working, Emily loves reading, playing rugby, going for hikes, going to the beach, and traveling.
